Abstract

ABSTRACT - Our application KMCS is a people's corner programme that is a web-based application that allows users tosubmit their grievances in their ward. People's corner will allow ordinary citizens to file their concerns and difficulties withmunicipal authorities, allowing them to handle the matter as quickly as possible. This application provides a user interfacefor filing a complaint and following up on it. This tool allows you to track the status of your complaint by submitting a photowith it. Once registered, this complaint will be forwarded to a specific department of the municipal office, for example, acomplaint regarding a damaged road will be forwarded to the municipal office's Public Work Department. Officers can takethe necessary actions as soon as the complaint is sent to the appropriate ward.Keywords- Municipal Council, Complaint System.
