Abstract

Abstract- The Smart Cap is an assistive device for the visually impaired that uses a camera to narrate a picture-basedexplanation of a situation. People who are blind or visually impaired make up a large percentage of the population. Theyare unable to have the same kind of perspective on the world that we do. Because of this, our Smart Cap for visually impairedindividual’s initiative aims to give them a taste of the world's beauty. People strolling on the street, and approachingautomobiles are only some of the issues that blind people confront in our culture.
