Abstract- The amount of data on the internet is currently rising at an exponential rate. On a daily basis, social mediagenerates a vast amount of data, such as reviews, comments, and client opinions. Other people's comments are sources ofsatisfaction for the new goods buyer. It's feasible that a single unfavourable review will influence a customer's decision notto purchase a product.
