In this project, we'll carefully examine a service-based robot for the healthcare industry that will be created and used to help patients and people with disabilities in pandemic situations. The main purpose of such a robot is to reduce human-human contact while ensuring proper cleaning and support in hospitals. A better device can be created by collaborating with other relevant devices or systems, as explained in the work, which also explains the study's historical context. The primary algorithm, architecture, and controlling system are then thoroughly explained. According to the suggested approach, an end user Android app maintenance system, a direct one-to-one server-based communication method, and an IoT-based physiological parameters monitoring system (body temperature, pulse rate, and oxygen saturation level) are developed.(Keyword : Service robot, IoT, Pulse Oximeter, Patient monitoring system, Automatic sanitizer, ESP32 camera, Android App.)
