4D Building Information Modelling (BIM) Models contain data consisting of 3D objects which also include information relating to construction scheduling and cost aspects, and has the potential to be used by modelling , in a collaborative project environment with design team members such as architects and engineers. Thought that 4D BIM would have an extremely significant impact in the future, as the process becomes more prevalent. The main elements of 4D modelling is planning, designing, modelling, Analysis, scheduling and costing. The planning is performed in AUTOCAD and designing, modelling and scheduling and costing is performed in AUTODESK REVIT. Analysis is performed in STAAD PRO. Planning is done by using building bye laws and vasthu sastram. By using STAAD PRO we should analyze the dead load, live load, bending moment, shear force, torsion and reaction forces (fx, fy, fz87) by using the IS875 PART 1 for dead load and IS875 PART 2 for live load. By using AUTODESK REVIT we can modelling and drafting footings, columns, beam
