For single-phase induction motors to work at their best and to have the least amount ofdowntimein a variety of industrial applications, real-time parameter monitoring is crucial. This study covers the significance of real-time monitoring of significant parameters in single-phase induction motors, including current, voltage and production count. The article provides an overview of thedifferent real-time monitoring sensors and methods, such as current sensor,voltagesensor, and infrared sensor. The difficulties ofdata collection and processing, sensorcalibration, and signal interference that might arise when single-phase induction motors arebeing monitored in real-time are also covered.The study offers suggestions for further research in this area and draws the conclusion that real-time parameter monitoring is essential forassuring the dependable and effective functioning of single-phaseinduction motors.Keywords: ESP32, Controlling, Monitoring,Production Count
