A SECURE BLOCKCHAIN BASE INDIAN JURISDICTION SYSTEMS

Abstract

Abstract:The blockchain is a distributed network that records digital transactions on apublicly accessible ledger. This paper explores whether blockchain technologyis a suitable platform for the preservation of digital signatures andpublic/private key pairs. Conventional infrastructures use digitalcertificates, issued by certification authorities, to declare theauthentication of key pairs and digital signatures. This paper suggests thatthe block chain’s hash functions offer a better strategy for signaturepreservation than digital certificates for Indian Jurisdiction System usingblockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Compared to digital certificates, hashing provides better privacy and security. It is a form of authenticationthat does not require trust in a third party authority, and the distributednature of the blockchain network removes the problem of a single point offailure.
